Exquisite and very unusual collectable Prada bag- RUNWAY 2007. This is a Prada "Bauletto" Cervo Patchwork Naturale bowler shape bag. No longer available in stores or boutiques.
Extremely versatile, as it includes many options that allow it to be worn in different ways. There is a detachable fringe that goes along the bottom of the bag (see photo); perfect when in a "fringe" mood, detachable when not. Also included is a 46" detachable shoulder strap, allowing the wearer to vary the manner in which the Bauletto is carried.
The color is completely neutral; tones of dark beige done in a graded pattern (see closeup). Exotic skins (most likely lizard and crocodile) are used on the edges of the bag (as reported by the Prada sales staff).
The overall condition of this bag is Excellent. The fabric Prada monogram gold lining is pristine, in "as new" condition. The exterior cervo leather (one of the highest grades of leather), is also in pristine condition.
The only signs of wear are very slight and on the bottom corners of the bag (we have priced the bag accrodingly to compensate for this, though they are hard to notice). In addition, the UNDERSIDES ONLY of the handles show some discoloration of the leather (see photos which actually look worse than in actuality). This is to be expected when holding ANY leather bag. It will occur after a few days of carrying a leather handle.
The retail price of this bag in 2007 was $3,300.00 (approx. $3,565.00 after tax). It is the second item on the receipt photo.
For your convenience, there is an interior zippered pocket and cell phone pocket, optional shoulder strap and detachable fringe. Gold hardware on the footed bottom.
